been appraising real estate in both Indiana & Michigan since 2001. Mr.
Krakowski holds several hundred appraisal education hours and several
thousand hours of commercial and residential appraisal experience in both
Indiana and Michigan. This experience has given Mr. Krakowski an intimate
knowledge of the Northern Indiana & Southwestern Michigan market area.
